Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our team! You will be responsible for supporting the lead teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment for children ages 18 months to 3 years. You will assist with daily routines such as meals, diapering, and transitions while encouraging independence and self-help skills. You will observe children’s development and support their social-emotional growth through positive guidance and modeling appropriate behavior. You will help prepare and maintain the classroom, ensuring materials are clean, organized, and aligned with Montessori principles. You will communicate effectively with the lead teacher and families to support each child’s individual needs and contribute to a positive classroom community.
