Job summary

Cortica is seeking a dedicated Preschool Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 behavior support to students with autism in a local private preschool. You'll work closely with educators and Cortica's clinical team to help students succeed across their day.

The role emphasizes RBT-provided skills, data collection, and proactive strategies, with a Monday–Friday schedule and travel between assigned work sites within the service area.

Qualifications

• Must obtain RBT certification within 120 days of hire.
• Experience delivering holistic ABA services in schools.
• Collaborate with educational teams to implement strategies.
• Strong data collection and timely documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 behavior support to students with autism in a preschool setting.
• Work with school teams to integrate behavioral strategies into daily routines.
• Assist development of communication, social, and self-care skills.
• Collect data on progress and maintain session notes and incident reports.
• Travel between assigned work sites within the service area.
