Oak Ridge Children's Academy & Day Care in Orlando, FL is seeking a Preschool Teacher to join a cohesive teaching team and lead developmentally appropriate activities for children aged 3 years. You will coordinate curriculum, monitor classroom progress, and support staff in daily operations while upholding state standards and center policies.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma and/or degree in Early childhood education or related field of study required.
• FL DCF 45 hours required.
• National CDA highly preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional early childhood teaching experience.
• Must clear a full level II DCF background check.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus (Spanish/English preferred).
• Strong knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

This is a full-time position that works Monday – Friday 8:30am -5:30pm ideally, with flexibility to open and close the center. The pay is $15 -17 per hour with merit increases depending on experience and qualifications. This role is located at our center: 118 W Oak Ridge Rd, Orlando, FL 32809

Preschool Teacher develops a cohesive teaching team, coordinates the curriculum, and manages the day-to-day operational activities of the classroom. The Teacher in this role should be high energy and able to work well with staff, students, and parents.
