Qualifications

• Excellent communications skills and the ability to present complex topics to non-technical audiences.
• Self-motivated and able to maintain focus in a pressured environment.
• Experience working with customers is desirable.

Responsibilities

• In cooperation with sales, product development, and project management they develop technical strategies and generate proposals to customers presenting Motorola's solution.
• Provide coordination with the design and planning of the customer solutions using advanced technologies and provide technical support throughout the pre-sales phase of the project.
• Coverage and antenna site selection, frequency planning, interference analysis, design of system architecture, equipment selection, proposal generation, and presentations of proposed solutions to customer.
• Engaged in the implementation of these solutions as originally conceived.
• Take responsibility for all technical aspects of the assigned project from award until system acceptance.
