Job summary

Frequentis USA Inc. is seeking a solutions professional to design and present technical solutions for safety-critical environments. You will coordinate with customers, sales, product management, and engineering to address requirements and optimize offerings.

Domestic travel is expected, with International travel as needed. The role requires a four-year degree, 3+ years of relevant experience, and strong IT knowledge, plus excellent presentation and technical writing skills.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong IT (hardware and software) background.
• Ability to learn company products, services and system architectures to meet customer goals.
• Excellent presentation and technical writing skills.
• Domestic and occasional international travel required.
• Prior domain knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions that solve customer problems.
• Responsible for solution cost.
• Secures input from required stakeholders within the customer’s organization and adapts company solutions as necessary.
• Develops solutions with the customer, the sales team, in coordination with product management.
• Proactively assembles the technical solution required to address customer requirements.
• Prepares and delivers technical customer presentations and demonstrations articulately and confidently.
• Prepares technical solution description and feasibility studies.
• Analysis competitor solutions and provide vital input to our product teams to develop our solution further.
• Coordinates closely with offer management and engineering to align solution design with customers’ requirements and Frequentis standard offerings.
• Coordinates all information and project requirements to engineering and program management personnel for accurate implementation.
• Responds to tender documents, writes proposals, reports, white papers and other documents.
• Prioritizes efforts based on maximizing team productivity and profit.
• Contributes actively to the definition of new Frequentis product features.
• Other duties as assigned
