Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytical, strategy, or operations at a SaaS company with 2+ years of people management.
• Strategic thinker who translates data into long-term operational plans with measurable impact.
• Executive presence with ability to influence VP and C-level stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Deep Salesforce expertise with dashboards, reports, and CRM architecture plus data integrations.
• Experience building automation workflows using AI tools to scale operations.
• Hands-on builder who can coach and execute large-scale process transformations.
• Willingness to travel to other Okta offices (~quarterly).

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing presales strategy and operations team.
