Okta, a leading identity company, is seeking a Senior Manager of Presales Strategy & Operations to guide a team of analysts and managers in San Francisco-area hybrid fashion, aiming to accelerate growth across Sales, Presales, Customer Success, TAM, and Renewals.

You will partner with Global Presales leaders, design strategic roadmaps, and drive data-informed decisions. Strong Salesforce, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics, strategy, or operations at a high-growth SaaS company.
• 2+ years of direct people management.
• Proven ability to influence VP/C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing team, mentoring presales strategy and ops professionals.
• Act as Strategic Executive Partner to Global Presales Leaders and translate data into senior-level narratives.
• Drive presales strategy and planning, including coverage models, quota, capacity planning, and growth analysis.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, Partner Alliances, xDRs, Customer Success, and Renewals.
• Establish operational excellence by standardizing processes and documenting engagement rules.
• Lead strategic business reviews with VP and C-level stakeholders to identify opportunities and manage large projects.
• Drive data-informed decision making by interrogating data and translating findings into long-term plans.
• Champion systems and automation with Salesforce dashboards and automation tools to scale operations.
