Job summary

PhoenixAI is seeking a Presales Solutions Architect to join our team and guide prospects through the technical evaluation of the Agentic Database. You’ll partner with our sales team to deliver compelling presentations or demos, architect tailored AI-native solutions, and secure technical wins.

This role requires 3+ years in a pre-sales or technical consulting role, strong SQL, data modeling, and cloud experience, and the ability to distill complex ideas for executives and engineers alike.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role, ideally in data analytics, database, or cloud infra.
• Hands-on experience with OLAP workloads, query optimization, and data modeling (star/snowflake schemas).
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Familiar with at least one public cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong communication skills for executives and engineers alike.
• Sales-minded with a track record of supporting sales during technical evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor, delivering presentations, demos, and PoCs.
• Design PhoenixAI-based solutions tailored to prospects' needs.
• Lead PoC design, implementation, and optimization.
• Document evaluations, captures use cases, challenges, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales to align technical discussions with business goals, and help shape the product roadmap.
