Job summary

Gemburg is seeking a hands-on Presales - Solutions Engineer for Healthcare AI to help customers design and deploy high‑impact AI agent workflows across payer and provider use cases. You will partner with Sales to scope architectures, build demos with Client AI Studio, translate business goals into technical solutions, and support pilots and go‑lives with deep technical ownership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions/Field Engineering or Pre-Sales within healthcare tech.
• Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare workflows (payer–provider).
• Experience with AI/ML platforms and multi-agent workflows.
• Ability to communicate technically with clinicians and executives.

Responsibilities

• Experience with LLM apps, multi‑agent systems, or AI/ML platforms
• Confident communicator across technical and clinical audiences
• Full‑stack ownership mindset with startup‑level velocity

Bonus Points

• Experience with client AI Studio, LangChain, ReAct, Semantic Kernel
• Background in agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, or healthcare AI tools
• Open‑source contributions or technical writing in AI/healthcare
