You ensure our agents are clinically safe, operationally efficient, and bring measurable value to patients and healthcare organizations. You will validate safety before go‑live, drive clinician adoption, and measure patient impact.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nursing License (RN) in your practicing state.
• Clinical experience across settings with strong patient communication.
• Excellent written & verbal communication—clear explanations to lay audiences and to technical teams.
• Experience prompting language models, interacting or working with LLMs via text or voice.
• Commitment to safety and ethics; familiarity with HIPAA/PHI handling and privacy best practices.
• Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to advance health delivery and increase access to all.

Responsibilities

• Ensure deployments are clinically safe and patient‑centered.
• Act as clinical expert and patient advocate for AI agent deployments.
• Validate safety, ethics, and clinical effectiveness before go‑live and monitor post‑deployment outcomes.
• Collaborate with clinicians, IT, and business teams to align on safety, outcomes, and workflows.

About The Role

Hippocratic AI is building safety-first generative intelligence for healthcare. As an AI Clinical Solutions Specialist, you're the clinical expert and patient advocate for our AI agent deployments. You ensure our agents are clinically safe, operationally efficient, and bring measurable value to patients and healthcare organizations.

Outcomes You’ll Deliver

• Every deployment clinically validated and safe: agents provide appropriate responses; safety protocols implemented before go-live
• Clinician adoption and confidence: healthcare providers understand and trust AI agents; adoption metrics exceed targets
• Patient impact metrics: deployments improve care access, patient satisfaction, or operational efficiency as defined by customer
• Clinical innovation pipeline: identified new use cases and workflows where AI can transform care delivery
• Cross-functional alignment: clinical, technical, and business teams aligned on safety, outcomes, and patient-centered design

Core Competencies

• Deep clinical knowledge from nursing or healthcare delivery experience with strong understanding of workflows and patient communication
• Prior hands‑on experience with LLMs (prompting, text/voice interaction, conversational AI) and understanding of generative AI in healthcare
• Excellent ability to explain complex medical and AI concepts to both clinical and non‑clinical audiences
• Experience managing clinical projects and coordinating across multiple stakeholders (clinicians, patients, technical teams)
• Genuine passion for improving healthcare delivery with AI and willingness to challenge clinical care assumptions

What You Bring

Must‑Have

• Active, unrestricted Nursing License (RN) in your practicing state.
• Clinical experience in acute, ambulatory, telehealth, or community settings; strong patient communication skills.
• Excellent written & verbal communication—ability to explain complex medical concepts clearly to lay audiences and to technical teams.
• Prior experience with prompting language models, interacting or working with LLMs via text or voice, conversational AI, or clinical NLP.
• Commitment to safety and ethics; familiarity with HIPAA/PHI handling and privacy best practices.
• Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to advance health delivery and increase access to all.
