The Role

As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will be the technical lead in enterprise sales engagements, helping customers enhance their identity security posture through cutting-edge AI-driven solutions. You’ll work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to drive adoption and ensure smooth technical integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the pre-sales cycle, engaging with enterprise customers to demonstrate and prove value.
  • Conduct technical deep dives, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and workshops for potential clients.
  • Work with CISOs, security architects, and identity teams to showcase how the platform enhances existing identity security solutions.
  • Translate technical features into business benefits, positioning the product as a must-have security enhancement.
  • Collaborate with product teams to refine offerings based on customer feedback and evolving security challenges.

What Does Success Look Like? You willhelp build the company’s West Coast presence, playing a key role in its continued expansion.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of pre-sales experience, with a strong background in security.
  • Deep technical expertise in IDAM technologies, with hands-on experience in identity governance/authentication/authorisation.
  • Ability to translate complex security challenges into clear business solutions for enterprise customers.
  • A startup mindset, thriving in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
  • Based on the West Coast, with the ability to support customers remotely.
