Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging is seeking a Prepress Coordinator to prepare print-ready files, generate proofs, and ensure Pantone color accuracy for HP digital presses. You will preflight artwork, adjust color matching, and coordinate with press operators to maintain production quality.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 2+ years in prepress or color profiling, with strong Adobe Illustrator and Esko workflow skills in a fast-paced packaging environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2+ years in prepress or color profiling.
• Experience with digital printing on flexible packaging substrates.
• Strong color management and proofing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare files in Illustrator for digital print on HP presses.
• Create proofs and verify color matching per customer specs.
• Preflight graphics for printability and Pantone color accuracy.
• Work with press operators to ensure quality and color alignment.
• QC art files and adjust for press layout and line screening.
• Share workflows and support teammates in prepress procedures.
