TEEMA Solutions Group in Hermitage, PA is seeking a detail-oriented Prepress Process Specialist to join our packaging and metal decoration team. You will prepare artwork for print production and ensure files meet quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Esko-like workflows, plus a strong grasp of color separations, trapping, and press-ready file preparation, with a focus on accuracy and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in prepress, preferably in printing or packaging.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Esko or similar prepress workflow software.
• Knowledge of color separations, trapping, barcode creation, proofing, and press-ready file preparation.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Mechanical aptitude for office and production environments.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include reviewing and preflighting artwork, creating color separations, applying trapping, preparing press-ready files, producing digital proofs and printing plates, and performing quality checks to ensure accuracy. You will also operate plate imaging equipment, manage production priorities, and collaborate with internal teams to meet customer deadlines.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of prepress experience, preferably in printing, packaging, or related manufacturing

Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Microsoft Office

Experience with Esko, Hybrid Software Solutions, or similar prepress workflow software strongly preferred
