Job summary

Lynn Rodens is seeking a Prepress Process Specialist to prepare artwork for print production using industry-standard software. You will review and preflight artwork, create color separations, apply trapping, and produce press-ready files and proofs for production.

You will operate plate imaging equipment, manage production priorities, and collaborate with internal teams to meet customer deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of prepress experience in printing, packaging, or related manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Esko, Hybrid Software Solutions, or similar prepress workflow software strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of color separations, trapping, barcode creation, proofing, and press-ready file preparation.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
