Qualifications

• 2+ years in prepress, preferably in printing or packaging.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Esko or similar prepress workflow software.
• Knowledge of color separations, trapping, barcode creation, proofing, and press-ready file preparation.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Mechanical aptitude for office and production environments.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer artwork for print production using prepress software.
• Review and preflight artwork, create color separations, apply trapping.
• Prepare press-ready files, produce digital proofs and printing plates.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy.
• Operate plate imaging equipment and manage production priorities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer deadlines.
