Job summary

Moore-Tulsa Print and Mail Center is seeking a Conventional Prepress Technician to join our team. The role focuses on ensuring quality proofs and layouts before they reach customers, loading plates into plate setters, and staging plates for press operators.

You will review job tickets, verify proofs, and perform basic troubleshooting, with responsibilities including keeping work areas clean and adhering to safety policies. This is a full-time position with day and night shift coverage.

Qualifications

• HS graduate or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years experience in a prepress/plating/digital printing environment preferred.
• Computer experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read press schedule and job tickets to determine plating order and plate size.
• Review plate proofs for defects and ensure quality before press.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance monthly.
• Verify correct plates and proofs and report issues.
