Job summary

You will create proofs and print‑ready PDFs and work closely with Customer Service and Production to keep jobs moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required; bachelor's preferred.
• Proficiency in Prepress software including Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Acrobat, Prinergy, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management and communication skills; ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
• Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to responsibilities.
• On-site presence with reliable, punctual work habits.

Responsibilities

• Download, preflight, and validate customer files ensuring fonts, images, color profiles, bleeds, trims, and layouts meet production requirements.
• Prepare, modify, and optimize artwork files for production with proper formatting, layout, color and print readiness.
• Generate accurate proofs and print-ready PDFs while maintaining high quality standards.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and communicate production concerns to ensure timely resolution with stakeholders.
• Perform quality checks throughout prepress and support plate production activities for the Press Department.
