Responsibilities

• Download, preflight, and validate customer files ensuring fonts, images, color profiles, bleeds, trims, and layouts meet production requirements.
• Prepare, modify, and optimize artwork files for production with proper formatting, layout, color and print readiness.
• Generate accurate proofs and print-ready PDFs while maintaining high quality standards.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and communicate production concerns to ensure timely resolution with stakeholders.
• Perform quality checks throughout prepress and support plate production activities for the Press Department.

This position is responsible for reviewing, preflighting, and optimizing artwork to ensure it meets customer specifications and production requirements.
