Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking a Prepared Foods Team Supervisor in New Jersey. You will supervise Team Members, help train staff, and ensure clean, well-stocked displays in the Prepared Foods, coffee, and juice areas. You will support the Team Leader to maintain smooth daily operations and uphold health and safety standards.

You will lead by example, promote strong teamwork, and ensure exceptional customer service while adhering to store SOPs and company values.

Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to train and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and delegates tasks to Prepared Foods Team Members.
• Works with Prepared Foods Trainer to build a high-performance team.
• Assists in training of new Team Members using learning checklists.
• Keeps cases and shelves clean, stocked and rotated.
• Opens and closes department according to procedures.
• Communicates team concerns to leadership.
