Responsibilities

• Supervises and delegates tasks to Prepared Foods Team Members.
• Trains Team Members with learning checklists and materials.
• Keeps cases and shelves clean, stocked, and rotated.
• Opens and closes the department per procedures.
• Ensures breaks are given and communicates concerns to leadership.
• Sets high standards of retail execution and teamwork.
• Responds to customer needs and directs Team Members accordingly.
• Provides performance evaluations and models company goals.
