• Monitors open PO reports for purchases and credits.
• Controls spoilage and shrink, achieves turn goals, participates in inventory.
• Assists with counter service and cooks as scheduled.
• Maintains positive relationships with vendors and team members.
• Delivers excellent customer service and supports merchandising execution.
