Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• 8-hour workday involves standing/walking 6-8 hours.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assists with production for all Prepared Foods venues.
• Ensures all prepared foods are properly labeled, dated, and rotated.
• Maintains product quality and proper preparation per guidelines.
• Documents waste and spoilage using forms.
• Ensures recipes are followed and measuring devices are correct.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling.
• Keeps walk-ins and freezers clean and well-organized.
• Reports safety hazards and follows safety procedures.
