Job summary

Whole Foods Market Plano, TX is seeking a Team Member to perform all functions related to preparation, counter service, sanitation, and stocking of products. This role supports the store's positive image by delivering courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and team members, following standard operating procedures.

You will assist with prepared foods production, label and rotate products, maintain cleanliness, and participate in opening, mid, and closing duties.

• Thorough product knowledge.
• Ability to access market information and communicate it to customers.
• Strong to excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Understanding of and compliance with WFM quality goals.
• Ability to meet customer service expectations and standards in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Assists with production for all Prepared Foods venues.
• Ensures all prepared foods are properly labeled, dates, initialed, covered, and rotated.
• Provides excellent customer service and addresses needs of customers in a timely and effective manner.
• Maximizes sales potential through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising.
• Reports safety hazards and violations.
