Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists with production for all Prepared Foods venues.
• Ensures proper labeling, dating, and rotation of products.
• Maintains product quality and adheres to WFM guidelines.
• Documents waste and spoilage using appropriate forms.
• Follows recipes and uses correct measuring devices.
• Helps customers understand differences between WFM and conventional products.
• Keeps walk-ins and freezers clean and organized.
• Arrives on time, groomed, and ready for shifts; attends trainings.
• Provides courteous customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
