Job summary

Whole Foods Market in McKinney, TX is seeking a Team Member to perform all functions related to preparation, counter service, sanitation, and stocking of products. You will support the store's image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and Team Members on the floor.

The role requires following standard operating procedures, maintaining clean and organized work environments, and assisting with on-the-floor duties as needed.

Qualifications

• No specific degree required; willingness to learn on the job.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain quality standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Comfort with standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production for all Prepared Foods venues.
• Label, date, rotate, and cover prepared foods to meet guidelines.
• Ensure product quality and sanitation per WFM standards.
• Document waste and spoilage using appropriate forms.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers on the floor.
• Stock, merchandise, and ensure accurate signage and pricing.
