• Assist with production for all Prepared Foods venues.
• Ensure proper labeling, dating, initialing, covering, and rotation.
• Verify products meet Whole Foods Market quality standards.
• Document waste and spoilage using appropriate forms.
• Follow recipes accurately and use correct measuring devices.
• Help customers understand Whole Foods Market vs conventional stores.
• Keep walk-ins and freezers clean and organized.
• Arrive on time, groomed, and prepared for all shifts.
• Provide excellent customer service and practice suggestive selling; answer phones.
