Responsibilities

• Assists with production for all Prepared Foods venues.
• Ensures all prepared foods are properly labeled, dated, initialed, covered, and rotated.
• Keeps products meeting quality guidelines and safe handling.
• Documents waste and spoilage using proper forms.
• Provides excellent customer service and supports suggestive selling techniques.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties and ensures accurate pricing.
