Qualifications

• Thorough product knowledge to advise customers
• Ability to estimate recipes per shift based on batch sizes
• Capable of communicating market information to customers

• Ability to deliver information clearly to staff and customers

Responsibilities

• Assist with production for Prepared Foods venues
• Label, date, cover, and rotate prepared foods
• Ensure products meet WFM quality standards
• Document waste and spoilage
• Follow recipes and use correct measuring devices
• Help customers compare WFM products with conventional options
• Keep walk-ins and freezers clean and organized
• Provide excellent customer service and use suggestive selling
• Manage stocking, merchandising, and pricing signs
• Report safety hazards promptly
