Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 6 months experience in a fresh production department or supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) - Certification (preferred).
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the prepared foods team and supervise hourly associates.
• Ensure department meets quality, inventory, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Leverage handheld technology to plan, drive sales and monitor product quality.
