Walmart Sam's Club in Deptford, NJ is seeking a Prepared Foods and Café Department Lead to drive sales in your area and supervise hourly associates who create and serve meals for members.

You will be an expert in Prepared Foods and Café, collaborating with other team leaders to meet member expectations, manage rotations, quality, safety, and compliance, and use digital tools to plan production and improve the shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 6 months experience in a fresh production department or supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team within prepared foods departments to meet business goals and standards.
• Maintain knowledge of department operations, safety, inventory, and compliance.
• Collaborate with other managers to execute programs and policies.
• Utilize digital tools to plan production, training, and product quality enhancements.
• Ensure staffing levels, training, and a safe, clean work environment.
