Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club in El Paso, TX is seeking a Prepared Foods and Café Department Lead to drive sales and supervise hourly associates serving meals to members. You will model expertise in Prepared Foods and Café and collaborate with other team leaders to meet member expectations.

You will become an expert on floor and backroom operations, ensuring quality, inventory, sanitation, safety, and compliance, while leading rotations, training, and using digital tools to plan and improve performance.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a fresh production department or 6 months experience supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead the prepared foods and café teams, rotating workers to cover all fresh areas.
• Ensure quality, safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards on the floor and backroom.
• Use handheld devices to plan production, train staff, and monitor product quality.
• Drive sales and profitability while maintaining a clean, safe, and well-staffed area.
