You will model expertise in Prepared Foods and Café and collaborate with other leaders to meet guest expectations. The role emphasizes hands-on supervision, operations knowledge, and use of handheld tech to optimize production, training, and quality across all prepared foods areas.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a fresh production department or supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) - Certification

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Leader, supervise the prepared foods team and ensure execution of the business plan.
• Be an Expert, maintain knowledge of operations, quality, inventory, sanitation, and compliance.
• Be a Techie, use handheld technology to plan for and drive sales, training and product quality.
• Be an Owner, ensure profitability, staffing, compliance, and merchandising.
• Be a Talent Ambassador, train and develop team members and recruit new talent.
