Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of kitchen preparation and/or cooking experience preferred.
• Must have a current Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee prep department operations including inventory, ordering, and storage.
• Manage daily food production and assign tasks to prep team.
• Coach staff, enforce recipes, and ensure safety and sanitation.
• Monitor waste and use food costing tools to drive savings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep area and walk-in.
