Job summary

Nestlé USA in Springville, UT is hiring for a Prep Operator. The role involves operating the Extructor, calibrating scales, and ensuring product quality and proper labeling. You will work 1st or 2nd shift on a rotating 10-hour schedule, with safety and GMP compliance at the forefront.

Qualifications

• 90 days of Nestlé food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Openings on 1st or 2nd shift with 10 hour shifts on rotating schedule.
• Pay is hourly; compensation disclosed in pay discussions.
• Not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Extructor machine and troubleshoot to meet production needs.
• Ensure paperwork is complete and accurate.
• Eliminate cheese waste and complete scrap/WIP tickets at shift end.
• Obtain and calibrate scales when needed.
• Ensure cheese appearance matches recipe standards and proper labeling.
• Remove condensation from walls, equipment, and ceilings before start-up.
• Models the Springville Compass in all work-related activities.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by Team Leader.
