Qualifications

• Must be able to lift heavy items for 10-hour shifts.
• Basic reading and writing in English.
• Basic computer data entry skills.
• 90 days of food manufacturing experience (Nestlé preferred).
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check ingredients for quality and quantity.
• Follow recipes in preparing ingredients.
• Label ingredients and complete paperwork.
• Prepare product for weighers and operators; weigh as needed.
• Maintain supplies to keep operations at capacity.
• Ensure proper rotation of ingredients and equipment.
• Follow shift procedures for storage, WIP, paperwork, housekeeping.
• Hand load, tape, and stack cases with accurate stamping.
• Sort sub-standard product and maintain appearance for inspection.
• Watch for foreign matter and notify QA when found.
• Weigh products at required speeds.
• Keep prep stations stocked to avoid downtime.
