Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operates the Extructor machine and troubleshoots as necessary to produce quality product.
• Performs setup tasks: gathers equipment and recipes before shift; ensures paperwork is complete and accurate.
• Eliminates cheese waste and fills out scrap/WIP tickets; calibrates scales as needed.
• Maintains product appearance per recipe standards; ensures proper labeling and coverage.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety, monitors condensation, and adheres to temperature ranges.
• Works with team, communicates with support groups, and performs other duties as assigned.
