Qualifications

• Previous experience in prep or line cook roles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for service: chop vegetables, portion meats, prepare sauces and dressings.
• Set up and stock workstations with necessary supplies.
• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and storage areas.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Label, store, and rotate food using FIFO.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
• Communicate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service.
• Support dishwashing and general kitchen cleaning duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager.
