About the Job

Our Wine Tasting Room is looking to hire a Cook who will be responsible for preparing awesome dishes for our guests.

Duties will include:

• Prepping meals by weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients.
• Cooking meals.
• Checking ingredients for freshness and arranging and garnishing the dishes.
• You will also oversee ensuring that the kitchen and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained.

Please Note: Within this location, there is no fryer, grill, or vent! Cold prepared food, building charcuterie boards, prepping meat and cheeses, flatbreads, etc.

To be successful in this job:

• You will need thorough experience with hot and cold food preparation.
• Prior experience in a related position is an advantage.
• Prior supervisory experience is a plus!

Owner's Andrea and Marco Folino decided it was time to take their love for wine and bringing people together to a location known for it's style, history, and culture. "On our honeymoon, Marco and I found a little hole in the wall in Lake Como that only served the best fresh sliced Italian cured meats and cheeses on a board with honey, nuts and olives and it was the best meal we had.
