Job summary

State of Florida in Miami is hiring a Health Services Representative to recruit clients for PrEP and perform screenings in mobile units. Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and access to a private vehicle.
• Experience conducting outreach activities and phlebotomy.
• Preferred bilingualism: English + Spanish or Creole.

Responsibilities

• Recruit eligible high-risk clients for PrEP services.
• Interview and record demographics and services in HMS.
• Perform HIV/STD/Pregnancy screenings and counseling.
• Document all tests and referrals in HMS and CTLS.
• Coordinate Tele-PrEP and link clients to mobile lab services.
• Educate clients on HIV/AIDS prevention and testing procedures.
• Assist with data collection and monthly reporting.
