Responsibilities

• Prepare marinades, sauces, and garnishes per recipes.
• Label, date, rotate, and store all prepared foods using FIFO.
• Maintain clean stations, cutting boards, utensils, and storage areas.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, allergen, and cross-contamination procedures.
• Complete opening, closing, and cleaning checklists.
• Assist cooks with basic food preparation as needed.
• Support kitchen operations during service.
