C’yool Yemeni Coffee & Bakery in Boston, MA is seeking a dependable Dough and Oven Production Associate. You will handle prepared dough, divide and shape portions, and safely load and remove products from the oven.

The ideal candidate works quickly and follows recipes, portion standards, and food-safety rules while using approved equipment. This is a part-time role requiring flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn quickly and follow C’yool’s procedures.
• Experience in bakery, pizzeria, restaurant, or food production preferred.
• Able to read recipes and production sheets and follow portion standards.
• Ability to operate bakery equipment after training and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Receive prepared dough and ensure it is rested, proofed, and ready for production.
• Weigh and divide dough according to required portions.
• Roll, shape, stretch, or flatten dough by hand or with machines.
• Operate dough presses, sheeters, rollers, mixers and related equipment safely.
• Adjust machine settings only as instructed by a supervisor.
• Maintain consistent dough thickness, size, shape, and weight.
• Prepare dough for manakeesh, fatayer, Yemeni breads, pastries and other products.
• Add toppings or fillings according to recipes and standards.
• Arrange products on trays and baking surfaces.
• Verify oven temperature and baking time before loading.
• Safely place dough and products into the oven and monitor baking times.
• Cool products and transfer to storage or service area.
• Report any burned, underbaked, misshapen products to management.
