Your Role:

• Prep Leader: Lead all heavy prep for the day, ensuring everything is ready for a smooth and efficient service.

• Maintain Excellence: Ensure consistency and adherence to recipes and quality standards while prepping ingredients.

• Ingredient Mastery: Work with fresh, high-quality ingredients to prepare veggies, proteins, sauces, and other components needed for dishes.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure everything runs seamlessly and efficiently.

• Hygiene Standards: Follow food safety and hygiene protocols diligently, maintaining a clean and organized prep area.
