Job summary

Le Pain Quotidien in Wildwood, MD is hiring a Cook to prepare and plate menu items for dine-in and to-go, following LPQ standards. You will help maintain cleanliness, support the Kitchen Manager with prep and inventory, and ensure quality across shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 or 3 months of restaurant experience or training.
• Knife handling experience is a plus.
• Flexibility in schedule is highly preferred.
• Cross-training in all kitchen areas is desirable.
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute all menu items for dine-in and to-go per LPQ standards.
• Keep kitchen and dishwashing areas clean and organized per checklists.
• Assist Kitchen Manager with proper par levels and prep sheets.
• Conduct line checks for quality control.
• Follow opening, mid, and closing procedures and food safety checklists.
