Job summary

LPQ USA LLC in Bethesda, MD seeks a line cook to prep and execute all menu items for dine-in and to-go, following LPQ ticket standards. Join a warm, team-driven environment where hospitality starts with purpose and community.

You will keep stations clean, assist with dishes, conduct line checks for quality, and follow opening, mid, and closing procedures under the Kitchen Manager. Cross-training and flexible scheduling are valued.

Qualifications

• 1 or 3 months of related restaurant experience or training.
• Minimum knife-handling experience preferred.
• Flexibility in schedule is highly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prep and execute all menu items, including seasonal and specials for dine-in and to-go by LPQ ticket standards.
• Keep all areas of the restaurant clean and organized, assist with cleaning dishes, equipment, and detail cleaning as necessary.
• Assist Kitchen Manager in maintaining proper par levels and use prep sheet to prepare correct levels.
• Conduct line checks for quality control.
• Follow opening, mid, and closing procedures as directed by checklists and the Kitchen Manager.
• Follow cleaning and food safety checklists to ensure proper food handling.
