Job summary

Le Pain Quotidien in Philadelphia is seeking kitchen team members to prep and execute all menu items, including specials, for dine-in and to-go. You’ll work with LPQ ticket standards and help keep the kitchen clean and organized.

We value hospitality, teamwork, and flexibility. Training may cross-train in all kitchen areas; prior knife-handling is a plus; the role offers a pathway to growth within Convive Brands.

Qualifications

• 1 or 3 months of related restaurant experience or training.
• Previous knife-handling experience a plus.
• Flexibility in schedule is highly preferred but not required.
• Ability to be cross-trained in all areas of the kitchen preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prep and execute all menu items for dine-in and to-go by LPQ ticket standards.
• Keep areas clean and organized, assist with cleaning dishes and equipment.
• Conduct line checks for quality control and follow opening/closing procedures.
