Qualifications

• Experience as Prep Cook or similar kitchen role required.
• Ability to read and follow English recipes and prep lists precisely.
• Demonstrated multitasking ability in a busy kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of food safety rules and sanitation practices.
• Physical stamina to stand, move, and lift for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of food items and ingredients per prescribed recipes and requests.
• Label and stock ingredients, products, and supplies for easy access.
• Follow portioning controls and par levels to maintain quality and waste control.
• Operate kitchen tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Keep the kitchen organized, clean, and sanitary throughout the shift.
• Communicate with team and kitchen manager about needs and issues.
• Follow all rules and policies in the Employee Handbook.
