The Wisconsin Country Club in Milwaukee is seeking an experienced line cook to join our culinary team. The role focuses on preparing meals to our standard recipes and assisting with kitchen setup and sanitation.

Part-time hours total 15-20 per week, with morning, evening, or weekend availability. You will work under the executive chef, stock prep stations, and contribute to consistent, high-quality dishes for our members.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of restaurant best practices and cooking methods.
• Ability to communicate clearly and stay organized in a busy kitchen.
• Capable of multi-tasking and working cooperatively in a team.
• Availability mornings, evenings, and weekends; seasonal timing may apply.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure prep station and kitchen are set up and stocked.
• Prepare simple components of each dish: chop vegetables, cut meat, and make sauces.
• Report to the executive chef and follow instructions.
• Maintain health and safety standards in food prep and storage areas.
• Clean prep areas and manage leftovers.
• Stock inventory and supplies.
• Cook menu items with kitchen staff support.
