Job summary

Harry's Seafood Bar & Grille in Saint Augustine, FL is seeking a full-time Prep Cook to join our team. You will prepare recipes and batch items according to Harry's standards, maintain a clean workstation, and support safety and sanitation practices.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of cooking experience, can follow menus and recipes, works well with others, and stays organized with a strong attention to detail and sense of urgency. Weekend and holiday availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required.
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred.
• Knowledge of cooking procedures, weights and measurements.
• Ability to follow established menus and recipes.
• Ability to work well in a team with a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to company standards.
• Must maintain organization, cleanliness and sense of urgency.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Stable work history.
