Qualifications

• Experience in line cook or prep cook roles.
• Ability to follow recipes and presentation standards.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items according to standardized recipes and portions.
• Maintain clean, organized, and stocked workstations throughout each shift.
• Handle, label, rotate, and store food products following safety standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work, including station setup and cleaning.
• Participate in ongoing training and culinary knowledge development.
• Support other stations and kitchen operations as needed.
