Firehouse Subs is seeking a Prep Cook / Slicer to support daily operations by slicing, portioning, and prepping premium meats, cheeses, and produce for subs. You’ll join a casual, team-focused environment with opportunities for growth.

Position requires 18+ to operate the slicer, morning availability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while standing and moving through the shift. Flexible scheduling is available in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ to operate slicer.
• Morning availability required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for a full shift.

Responsabilités

• Slice and portion meats to exact specs.
• Prep produce, meats, and cheeses with knives, slicers, and dicers.
• Keep product rotated and stocked for the line.
• Stock deliveries, clean prep areas and equipment.
• Follow all food safety guidelines.
